Registration and Boxed Lunch

Participants will pickup their golfer gift bag, Chinese Auction tickets and receive their starting tee position. Boxed lunches will feature of selection of sandwiches from the kitchen of Seabrook House’s head chef Chef Dave Thomas, graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.

Shotgun Start

The golf classic will follow a scramble format where foursomes are started throughout the course in order for each golfer to be able to complete the course in a timely fashion.

Dinner Reception and Awards Presentation

After a wonderful day of golf and fellowship, we will gather in the elegant Eisenhower Room* at the Seaview Marriott Resort for a buffet dinner and dessert. Awards will be presented by our host, chairman of the Seabrook House Foundation; Sean Hanlon to the men’s first and second place foursomes with the lowest scores. There will also be presentations to the men’s and ladies’ champion longest driver and to the man and lady golfer who comes closest to the pin. Of course, should a lucky someone score a “hole in one” on the car hole, they will be recognized at this time.

While on the course, golfers had a chance to “Beat the President”, those who did, received a sleeve of golf balls, and were entered in a raffle, which will be drawn at dinner. At this time, golfers will be able to pick up any winning Chinese Auction items.
